Our staff are part of the Cooksditch family too, and we take great care when recruiting to the team.

Most of us live locally, so we have strong connections with our local community. Several staff have had a relative here, and chose to work here because they wanted to be part of our family orientated team.

Between us, the members of our management team have specialised in residential and nursing care for over 50 years, and we ensure that all our staff share the same commitment to excellence, compassion and safety.

As well as the nurses carers and housekeeping staff, we have a dedicated activities co-ordinator, who organises regular social, occupational and spiritual activities in and out of the home to keep you physically, mentally and socially active. Its all there for you – what you choose to join in with is up to you.
